Some of my areas of expertise and interest are listed below:

Process Improvement tools and techniques:

Six Sigma – I am a certified Black Belt in both manufacturing and transactional processes, and have a history of coaching and mentoring Green Belt projects in manufacturing and financial services.

Lean Tools – I hold a Fellowship in Lean from the Manufacturing Institute in Manchester.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) – I have implemented SPC in manufacturing and back-office processes, and devised and delivered training to front line operators and management.

Petcare – I am a registered Petsitter (a member of the National Association of Registered Petsitters). I have a great deal of experience in walking and caring for dogs, and the care of cats, chickens and small pets.

Mycology – One of my principal hobbies is the study of mushrooms and other fungi.
